Public ANCYL channels should collect only the information needed for the relevant enquiry or service.
Data minimisation
Do not submit identity numbers, bank details, membership records or other sensitive personal information through general public contact channels unless the channel is explicitly authorised for that purpose.
Membership separation
Public browsing activity should not be combined with membership records to create behavioural or political profiles.
External services
When you follow a link to another institution, that institution is responsible for its own privacy and application process.
